Welcome to Soleil Shepherd Coaching (“the Website”). By accessing this website and associated subdomains, registering for an event, purchasing a service, or participating in any workshop, coaching session, webinar, training, hypnosis or program, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or participate in any services.
1. Educational and Coaching Services
The information, coaching, workshops, webinars, courses, and educational materials provided through this website are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
I provide coaching, unconscious coaching, Strategic Intervention, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis, guided visualization, stress-reduction techniques, and other personal development methodologies to help individuals explore personal growth and improve performance.
These services are not psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry, counselling, medical treatment, or healthcare.
2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice
I am not acting as your physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, licensed counsellor, lawyer, accountant, or other regulated healthcare professional.
Nothing provided through this website or during any coaching session should be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, mental illness, or disease.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or require medical or mental health treatment, you should seek assistance from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
You should never discontinue medication or alter treatment recommended by your healthcare provider based on information received through my services.
3. Personal Responsibility
You understand that coaching is a collaborative process.
You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, behaviour, relationships, finances, and results.
Any decisions you make following coaching are made voluntarily and at your own discretion.
4. No Guarantees
While many clients experience meaningful personal growth and positive life changes, individual results vary.
No guarantees, warranties, or promises are made regarding any particular outcome.
Testimonials presented on this website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that others will achieve similar results.
You acknowledge that you are paying for my time, experience, education, coaching, and professional expertise, regardless of the specific outcome achieved.
5. Appropriate Participation
You agree to participate honestly and respectfully.
I reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue coaching, workshops, memberships, or participation at any time if I believe it is in the best interests of any individual, the group, or the integrity of the program.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund policies for individual programs, workshops, or coaching packages will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Failure to attend a scheduled session or live event does not automatically entitle participants to a refund unless otherwise stated.
7. Website Information
While every reasonable effort is made to keep information accurate and current, I make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of information contained on this website.
Content may be updated or removed without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this website—including written content, presentations, workbooks, graphics, videos, recordings, downloads, logos, and educational materials—are the intellectual property of Soleil Shepherd.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or sold without prior written permission.
9. Event Recordings
Live workshops, webinars, coaching groups, and educational events may be recorded.
Recordings may be used for replay access, evergreen training, educational purposes, YouTube content, promotional materials, and marketing.
By participating in live events, you understand that your name, voice, image, comments, or questions may appear in recordings if you choose to speak, appear on camera, or volunteer.
I will never knowingly disclose confidential personal information about participants. However, attendees are responsible for exercising discretion regarding any personal information they choose to share during live sessions.
10. Third-Party Services
This website may utilize third-party service providers for website hosting, email communication, scheduling, payment processing, and other business functions.
I am not responsible for the privacy practices, security measures, availability, or performance of third-party services.
Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soleil Shepherd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

- participation in coaching or educational services;
